Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 375 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 625 g spelt flour (type 630)
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for a large Bundt pan
Beat the margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and the milk. Pour about half of the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Stir the cocoa powder into the remaining batter. Spread the dark batter evenly over the light batter and then lightly mix both batters with a fork. While doing this, gently spiral the fork through the batter to create a marbled effect. Bake the cake at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for approximately 60-70 minutes.
