Spelt semolina and orange flammeri

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g wholemeal spelt semolina
  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • 4 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with orange-cranberry compote in a glass

Heat the orange juice and let the semolina swell in it. After heating, stir for a few minutes on the turned-off stovetop until the flammeri thickens. Pour into glasses. Sweeten to taste, if desired. For the compote, peel and finely dice the orange. Add the cranberries and heat briefly with the orange juice. Let the compote cool and pour over the flammeri.
