Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g feta cheese
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 4 slice(s) beetroot, from the jar
- salt and pepper
- 2 pinch(s) of paprika powder, hot

Finely chop the feta and beets and place them in a blender. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the blender along with the other ingredients. Blend several times with an immersion blender until the desired consistency is reached. Transfer to a glass bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The dressed feta cheese is perfect as a dip or appetizer. Serve with aioli, olives, and bread, for example.
