Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g spelt semolina
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 20 g butter, about
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Bring the milk to a boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the spelt semolina and simmer over low heat for about 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Finally, stir the butter into the hot porridge. Enjoy the porridge on its own or with cocoa.
