Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 130 g wholemeal spelt semolina
- 250 g coconut milk, thick
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar or n. B.
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegan, dairy-free
Whisk the coconut milk well until smooth but thick. Bring to a boil with the sugar and cinnamon. Add the semolina and bring to a boil, then let it swell for 5 minutes. Place the dessert rings on plates and pour in the pudding. Let it rest for a while, then serve with something like fruit compote.
