Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
  • 250 g flour (wheat flour), type 550
  • 1 sachet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 400 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted or vegetable cream, liquid
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients into a yeast dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Knead briefly again and pour into a loaf pan. Let it rise for another 10 minutes, then bake at about 160°C for about 1 hour.
