Spice – Rice Pudding …
The perfect spice – rice pudding … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 Milliliters Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 0,25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 Knife point Ground cloves
- 2 Knife point Ground cardamom
- 50 g Rice pudding
- 100 g Frozen sour cherries
- 2 Tablespoon (level) Powdered sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 0,5 teaspoon Food starch
- Bring the milk with the sugar and the spices to the boil. Stir in rice and leave to swell on the lowest setting with the lid closed for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Bring the cherries to the boil with 2 tablespoons of water, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Simmer gently for three minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Add to the cherries and bring to the boil while stirring. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Arrange the milk rice on a plate with the cherries.
