Kale with Smoked Pork, Boiled Sausage and Pee

The perfect kale with smoked pork, boiled sausage and pee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 900 g Kale
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 teaspoon Goose lard
  • 0,5 disc Kassler, diced
  • 125 ml Clear vegetable broth
  • 125 ml Beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Oatmeal
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Boiled sausage
  • Pee
  1. Heat 2 teaspoons of crackling lard in a saucepan, sauté the onion until golden brown and add the diced smoked pork loin. Add the kale and pour over the beef and vegetable stock. Cook for 20 minutes. Must not burn.
  2. Put the meat and sausage on top. Cook over medium heat until the kale is nice and soft. Season to taste with mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. If the kale is too runny, remove the sausage and meat and thicken with oat flakes.
  4. Serve with potatoes!
