Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g chocolate shavings
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 2 cl rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a batter, spread it on a greased baking sheet, and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, cut into approximately 4 x 4 cm squares and cover with chocolate glaze.
