Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 175 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 375 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp clove powder
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
- 50 g cocoa powder
- ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 1 tbsp rum
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
with shortcrust pastry base
Make a shortcrust pastry from the above ingredients and line a baking sheet with it. Prick the dough a few times with a fork and pre-bake at 180°C for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cream the lukewarm butter with sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth. Gradually beat in the eggs. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, lemon zest, and cocoa powder. Stir the flour mixture, along with the butter vanilla flavoring, rum, and milk, into the butter mixture. The dough should be smooth. Spread the dough on the pre-baked shortcrust pastry and bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, add the Nutella and oil, and cover the cake with the chocolate glaze. Let it cool.
