Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl. Add the other ingredients. Stir everything together until well blended. Adjust the amount of sambal oelek depending on your preference. This dip goes perfectly with Chinese dumplings. That’s what I made it for.
