Spicy Baking: Puff Pastry with Shallot and Mango Topping

- 1 piece Puff pastry sheet, rectangular TK
- 1 piece Flour for the mold
- 0,5 piece Red pepper
- 2 piece Fresh shallots
- 1 piece Fresh mango
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the mango and cut half of the pulp into small cubes. Peel the shallots and also dice the peppers and shallots very small. Season a little with salt and pepper.
- Puree the other half of the pulp with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the defrosted puff pastry sheet and place in a floured baking dish (for one portion).
- Now spread the cut vegetables on top and finally pour the sour cream on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes. The last 10 minutes of it with bottom heat.
