Spicy Beef from Wok

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Beef steak
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 2 Chilli peppers
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 2 size Onions
  • 1 Red peppers
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Thai curry paste red
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Broth

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into strips, halve the chilli peppers and, depending on the degree of spiciness, cut into small pieces with or without seeds and inner skins. Place in a bowl with the sambal oelek. Add the meat strips, mix and let steep for at least 1 hour
  • Wash and clean the peppers and cut into strips
  • Divide the broccoli into small florets
  • Peel the onions and cut into strips
  • Heat the oil and sear the meat in it, remove it and set aside
  • Fry the vegetables one after the other, add the curry paste and sauté briefly, then deglaze with soy sauce and a small dash of broth
  • Depending on your taste, use a little more or less curry paste, if necessary season with a little pepper
