Ingredients
- 500 g Beef steak
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
- 2 Chilli peppers
- 1 Broccoli
- 2 size Onions
- 1 Red peppers
- Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Thai curry paste red
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Broth
Instructions
- Cut the meat into strips, halve the chilli peppers and, depending on the degree of spiciness, cut into small pieces with or without seeds and inner skins. Place in a bowl with the sambal oelek. Add the meat strips, mix and let steep for at least 1 hour
- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into strips
- Divide the broccoli into small florets
- Peel the onions and cut into strips
- Heat the oil and sear the meat in it, remove it and set aside
- Fry the vegetables one after the other, add the curry paste and sauté briefly, then deglaze with soy sauce and a small dash of broth
- Depending on your taste, use a little more or less curry paste, if necessary season with a little pepper
