Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar beetroot (a large jar)
  • 150 g natural yogurt, 1.5%
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (creamed horseradish)
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy, great for parties

Strain the beets. Mix the yogurt with the creamed horseradish and a dash of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together. Sprinkle with chives, if desired, and enjoy. The “serves 4” figure is based on a barbecue with several salads.
