Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 400 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely dice the onions and the spring onions. Deseed and finely dice the chili. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mixed mince until crumbly. Briefly fry the tomato paste, onions, chili, and spring onions. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and the passata. Crush the garlic clove. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs, paprika, and garlic, and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with pasta.
