Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g minced pork
- 250 g pork sausage, the meat of which
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
- 2 tsp orange peel, untreated, finely grated
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season to taste, cover, and refrigerate for half an hour. Then form the mixture into flat patties and fry them in hot oil. Pair well with mashed potatoes and a salad.
