Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g apples
- 500 g kiwifruit
- 2 limes, the juice
- 250 g gelling sugar (2:1)
- 500 ml white wine, dry

tastes very good with yogurt
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and chop them. Drizzle the apple pieces with lime juice. Peel and chop the kiwi. Place in a saucepan with the gelling sugar and white wine and mix. Bring to a boil and continue to simmer for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool. Tip: Tastes great with yogurt.
