Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 cups water
- 1 cube of stock
- 2 cup(s) brown rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
really delicious rice
Sauté sliced onions in a little oil until translucent. Bring water to a boil with a little salt and the stock cube(s). Add the rice and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The rice should be dry.
