Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts, fresh
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- ¼ tsp salt, or sea salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 60 ml water

Place the crushed garlic clove in the ceramic pot. Then clean and halve the Brussels sprouts, and add them to the CP as well. In a small saucepan (microwave also works), melt the butter in the water and stir in the remaining spices. Drizzle evenly over the Brussels sprouts. Cover. Braising time: about 4 hours on low heat, 2-3 hours on high heat. Stir well before serving.
