Spicy cheese salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of sausage (ham sausage, alternatively mortadella or hunting sausage)
  • 1 pack of ham (cooked ham)
  • 2 cheeses (Edam, 40%)
  • some cucumber(s), sour
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ bottle of sauce (salsa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Chop all ingredients into small pieces, e.g., cubes or strips. Then thin the mayonnaise with a little milk. Add the salsa and seasonings. Mix everything together, pour over the salad, and toss to combine. The salad tastes best when you let it sit for a few hours or overnight.
