Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 650 g cranberries
  • n. B. water
  • 400 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

simple and very tasty

Place the cranberries in a saucepan, cover with water, and simmer for 15 minutes until soft. Then add the sugar and simmer until the liquid has reduced to a thick syrup. Check occasionally for settling. Pour the jam into clean jars. Seal the jars and turn them upside down to cool. Tip: American cranberries are significantly larger than lingonberries, almost the size of small cherries. However, the flavor is similar.
