Spicy chicken breast fillet

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 240 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • some salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry, then sear them vigorously in hot margarine. Remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper, and wrap in aluminum foil to keep warm. Peel and finely chop the onions and sear them in the hot frying fat. Deglaze with a little water, add the mustard and cream, stir well, and simmer until creamy. Season with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add the chicken breast fillets and their juices to the sauce, simmer gently until cooked through, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
