Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 240 g pasta
  • Salt
  • 4 chicken breast fillets (120 g each)
  • 8 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4 onions
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder (rose paprika)
  • lots of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Very quick to prepare

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Cut the chicken into strips, thinly slice the carrots and zucchini, and dice the onions. Brown the meat strips and diced onions in the heated oil. Add the carrots and zucchini slices and cook for about 8 minutes. Stir in the pasta, brown, season with salt, chili powder, and paprika, and serve in the pan.
