Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 50 g fat
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 apples
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Sugar
  • 125 ml broth
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • 1 can of white beans in tomato sauce (approx. 800 g)
  • 2 bunches of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the meat into strips. Heat the fat and brown the meat. Halve the peppers, wash, and core them, and slice the vegetables. Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Wash, peel, core, and slice the apples. Add the peppers, potatoes, and apples to the meat, toss briefly, then deglaze with stock and white wine and bring to a boil. Season with salt, curry powder, sugar, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, add the white beans, and heat through for 5-10 minutes. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with chives.
