- 215 g chickpeas (drained weight)
- 1 tbsp ketchup, sugar-free
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder, optional

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) using conventional heat. Meanwhile, drain the chickpeas, rinse thoroughly with water, and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl, add the ketchup, and stir until all the chickpeas are coated. Add the spices and mix. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes until crispy. If you like, you can add curry powder, for example, or try other variations with different spices—everyone likes it. Approx. 266 kcal per serving.
