Ingredients
 

  • 2 slice Pork steak
  • 1 big Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 2 Pointed peppers
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 tsp Turmeric spice
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • 1 pinch Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Leek
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta in salted water.
  • Cut the cabbage into strips, chop the leek, wash and chop the pointed peppers, chop the onions and, depending on the cooking point, place in a hot pan with oil.
  • Fry everything lightly.
  • In the meantime, sear the pork steaks vigorously.
  • Season the vegetable pan with the spices.
  • Mix the pasta down there. Season well again if necessary.
  • Cut the pork steaks into strips and mix under.
