Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken thighs with back part
- 1 lemon(s)
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Squeeze the lemon and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Now add the vegetable oil, honey, and all the spices to the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly to create a marinade. Place the chicken thighs in an ovenproof dish and rub thoroughly with the marinade. Roast in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack for about 50 minutes until crispy.
