Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ red chili pepper(s)
  • Allspice
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ideal for grilling or fondue

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Grate or finely chop the ginger, finely chop the garlic, and deseed and finely chop the chili pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the ginger, chili, and garlic. Season to taste with curry, cayenne pepper, allspice, and salt. Finally, fold in the cream.
