Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g feta cheese
- 150 g yogurt, Greek
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes well with grilled meat, fondue, vegetable sticks
Puree the feta with a hand blender. Then mix it into the Greek yogurt. Season with sambal oelek, salt, and pepper.
