Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • ¼ shallot(s)
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • Salt
  • 5 stalks of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Metabolic cure strictness

Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Peel the eggs and discard all but one yolk. Dice the egg whites and yolks into small pieces. Finely dice the shallot and finely chop the chives. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with a little water until creamy. Add the mustard and season with sugar substitute and salt. Add the eggs and shallots and mix. Add some chives and sprinkle the rest on top. Tastes delicious even without crispbread!
