  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped

  • Mixed herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

WW-suitable

Finely chop the hard-boiled egg, onion, and gherkin. Mix with low-fat quark and mustard. Season with finely chopped garlic, salt, and mixed herbs. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then season again if necessary.
