Spicy fried potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • some oil
  • some harissa (chili spice)
  • some garlic
  • some cumin
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Fry the potatoes in hot oil, keeping them as dry as possible, then cover and continue to cook for about 15 minutes at reduced heat, turning occasionally. Season with all the spices and cook uncovered for another 15 minutes. Finally, add salt.
