Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 50 g arugula
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 200 g ham, diced
- some Parmesan, fresh
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- 2 chili peppers, dried

is very quick and easy
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Wash the arugula and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ham cubes. Finely dice the chili peppers, onion, and garlic and sauté briefly. Once the onion is translucent and the ham cubes are crispy, deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Then add the cream cheese and simmer while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the drained pasta to the pan and mix everything together. Transfer the pasta to a deep plate and top with arugula. Grate freshly grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle over the top, and serve.
