Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 small chili pepper(s), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, chopped
- 3 slices cheese, small pieces
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- ½ pack basil, shredded
- 2 tbsp honey
- 200 ml cream
- 60 ml broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, toss with olive oil, and keep warm. Stir the basil, chili pepper, garlic, pine nuts, cheese, lemon juice, and honey into the cream, then add the broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Finally, season with pepper and stir into the pasta! Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, if desired! If you don’t like it too spicy, you can of course omit the chili.
