  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar
  • 80g salami
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 g ham or turkey breast, cooked
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • Oil for the tray
  • 1 can of mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble in the yeast and sprinkle with sugar. Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water. Sprinkle salt and oil around the edges. Using a hand mixer (dough hook), knead everything together, adding a little more water. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water. Roll out the dough on a lightly greased baking sheet. For the tomato sauce, heat the oil in a saucepan. Dice the onion and sauté it in the fat with the crushed garlic cloves. Add the canned tomatoes. Add the remaining ingredients (tomato paste, oregano, salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika powder, and sugar). Bring to a boil once, then simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly. If time is limited, all ingredients can also be mixed cold. For the topping, drain the mushrooms well and slice them. Cut the salami and ham into strips. Wash and tear the spinach. Drain the tuna and shred it with a fork. Coarsely grate the Gouda and finely dice the mozzarella. Spread the tomato sauce first, then the mushrooms, salami, ham, tuna, spinach, and finally the cheese on the dough. Sprinkle with oregano. Let the pizza rise at 50°C (122°F) for about 15 minutes with the oven door slightly ajar. Bake at 225°C (425°F) for about 25 minutes.
