Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 mangoes
  • 5 cm ginger, small weighed
  • 1 grapefruit, red
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock, granulated
  • 1 cup white wine, or water
  • 5 grains of pepper, ground
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and whole cane sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and deseed the mango and grapefruit, then add them to the wine along with the other ingredients. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, depending on the ripeness of the mango. Blend everything with an electric hand blender; this results in a lovely, creamy, slightly bitter sauce, perfect for all kinds of patties.
