Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 lime(s)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp syrup (lime syrup)
- 4 cl cachaça
- Water, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Halve the lime, cut into slices, and muddle with a muddler in a preheated large cup or mug (approx. 250 ml capacity). Add the brown sugar, lime syrup, and cachaça. Top up with hot water and serve with a straw. Tip: When masticating the lime, try to avoid damaging as little of the lime zest as possible, as this will create a bitter aftertaste, so don’t cut the lime into eighths, but rather slice it.
