Spicy Meatballs and Fig Dip
The perfect spicy meatballs and fig dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Meatballs
- 700 g Ground beef
- 2 tablespoon Cream cheese double cream setting
- 2,5 tablespoon Jalapenos oil from my KB. or a chilli oil
- 2 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon blossoms
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 15 g Leek
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Coarsely ground walnuts
Fig dip
- 3 Figs fresh
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 50 Milliliters Oat cream
- 2 teaspoon Parsley leaves
- 0,5 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- Salt
Meatballs
- Crush the cinnamon blossoms with a mortar. Cut the leek into small pieces. Add all ingredients to the minced meat. Mix well and shape into meatballs. Fry the meatballs with a little fat.
Fig dip
- Quarter the figs, place in a tall container with the remaining ingredients and puree. If the dip is still too thick add some oat cream.
- Mixed salad goes well with it.
