Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 250 g tzatziki (from Knossos)
- 2 tsp, heaped sambal oelek
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
- 1 n. B. onion(s), finely chopped
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Cevapcici for spicy food lovers
Combine the minced meat with all other ingredients and let it simmer for about 2 hours. Then shape the mixture into thumb-thick rolls and fry in batches until crispy.
