Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- some lemon peel, grated
- 100g Camembert(s)
- 200 g bacon, bacon in thin slices
- some butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Camembert
Cut the Camembert into small cubes and add it to the minced meat along with the seasonings. Mix well. Form small balls and wrap them in bacon (secure with a toothpick if necessary). Heat the butter in a pan and fry the minced steaks on all sides. Serve with peppercorn sauce, baguette, and salad.
