Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 75 g bacon
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 30 g butter
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the onion and dice it with the bacon. Clean the mushrooms and thinly slice them. Wash and chop the parsley. Heat the butter and sauté everything. Add the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and arrange on plates. Serve with baguette.
