Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml sauce (Texicana salsa)
  • 300 ml ketchup
  • 100 ml cream or milk
  • 250 g sausage poultry sausage
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 1 tbsp margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the chicken sausage into small cubes and fry. When the sauce is just right, add the ketchup, salsa, and cream, and season with oregano. If the sauce is too spicy or mild, you can vary the amount of ketchup. You can also use milk instead of cream. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
