simple and delicious

First, boil the water for the pasta. While the water is boiling, finely chop the spring onions, piri-piri peppers, and garlic cloves. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the grated hard cheese, oil, and spices, and stir to form a paste. While the pasta is cooking, add the frozen prawns to a pan (or wok) and fry lightly. Then add the cooked pasta, the paste, and a little oil, and stir everything together. You now have a delicious, filling dish that everyone will surely enjoy. Note: This recipe is the way I like it best. If you like it milder or spicier, you can adjust the seasoning to your liking or add fewer piri-piri peppers. To tone it down, if you’ve overdone the spice, you can add more hard cheese.
