Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter, melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 2 tbsp, leveled cocoa powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for a 26cm springform pan
Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl until frothy. Add all the other ingredients and mix in (cocoa powder at the end). Pour the batter into a greased 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
