Spicy pancake with melted cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ jar milk (0.2 l), low-fat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 shot of Maggi
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cheese, light, grated
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with quantities for singles without kitchen scales

Whisk the milk with the egg, Maggi, flour, and spices thoroughly. After stirring, there should be no lumps of flour remaining in the batter. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the batter and immediately spread the cheese evenly over the batter. Cook the pancake on one side first (so it gets a nice brown color), then flip it (run a spatula under the pancake and then flip it with a quick, fluid motion) and cook on the other side. Serve immediately.
