Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 bunches of dill
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • 2 tbsp sambal oelek (less if needed)
  • 1 pack of peas (frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with Samba Oelek

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Finely chop tomatoes, cucumber, and spring onions. Add pasta and corn. Stir in oil, samba oelek, and garlic. Finally, stir in dill and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper.
