Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g tuna, in its own juice
  • 50 g garlic, fresh, diced
  • 100 g onion(s), diced
  • 1 large pepper, without seeds
  • 100 g black olives without stones
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine or broth
  • some salt and pepper
  • 400 g pasta, fresh or 200 g dried
  • 2 liters of water, lightly salted boiling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Gently heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the diced onion and garlic until translucent. Now add the peppers and olives, sliced ​​into strips and rings, and deglaze with the white wine. Add the drained tuna to the sauce and simmer gently, seasoning with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain, and mix everything together.
