Spicy Pasta with Yogurt

The perfect spicy pasta with yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Seasoned butter:

  • 1 Stalk Mint fresh
  • 40 g Pine nuts
  • 40 g Butter

Pasta:

  • 400 g Pasta, dry
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 2 tsp Garam-Masala see KB
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Paprika pulp
  • 1 tsp Sugar brown
  • 400 g Cream yogurt
  • 2 Garlic cloves

Decoration:

  • Crushed red pepper

Seasoned butter:

  1. Rinse and finely chop the mint. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the pine nuts with mint. Set aside on a plate.

Pasta:

  1. Cook pasta of your choice according to package instructions and cook al dente.

Yogurt:

  1. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it into the yogurt, add a little salt. Peel and finely dice shallots.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the pan you used previously and fry the minced meat until crispy. Dust with a little flour if necessary! Then add the shallot cubes and fry them. Add the spices and Pul Biber. Add pasta water with 2 ladles. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Sieve the pasta, rinse and distribute on plates. Sprinkle with minced meat and seasoned butter. Add yogurt! You can also mix the yoghurt with the pasta and serve! Sprinkle with Pul Biber! LEEECKER! 🙂

Crushed red pepper:

  1. Pul Biber is dried and crushed mild or hot paprika. 🙂
