Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 100 g tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ tsp paprika paste
  • 250 g Gouda, grated
  • 75 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 75 g cooked ham, in strips
  • 50g bacon
  • 2 peppers, in rings
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

with breakfast bacon, cooked ham and mushrooms – for 1 tray

Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water, slowly add the flour and salt, and mix for 1 minute. Add the oil, knead the dough vigorously with the dough hook of the mixer (on the highest setting) for 3 minutes until it is smooth, then let it rise, covered, for 20 minutes. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the sauce. Place the breakfast bacon between kitchen paper towels in the microwave for about 10 seconds, then chop the remaining topping ingredients. Knead the dough again and then roll it out on a baking sheet. Spread with the sauce, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, and top with the other ingredients. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and season with oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes.
