Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 7 g thyme
- 15 g olive oil
- 350 g potatoes
- 200 g eggplant(s)
- 450 g zucchini
- 300 g tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Clean and wash the vegetables and slice them thinly. Layer them in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and olive oil. Bake for approximately 70 minutes at 180°C (350°F). 300 kcal per serving.
